Adelise is quite the child. She is inquisitive, curious, and loves the stars like me. She is a true rule follower like me. I wonder why… She is always asking about her father since she only sees him when the full moon comes out. She is a bright and happy one who does good for all. She could never harm anyone or anything. She thinks a lot about the future, which concerns me and tells me often that she can see the future. I don’t know if she has a special power or if she has a huge imagination. She’s still very young. She’s also a goofball. Always happy and silly.
Relationship with mother: Adelise is very close with her mom. She is never not with her. Except on full moons. On full moons, she prefers to be alone until her father appears. Adelise wishes that her mother wasn’t so overprotective of her, so sometimes Adelise tells her mother off. But, they both hold grudges so forgiveness is hard to earn back.
Relationship with Undyne: Adelise longs to be with her father all of the time. She aims to please him and be his favorite. She’s heard the legends of him having other children and that hurts her. She wants to be his only one. She counts down the days until the next full moon; when she can see him. He loves her dearly and enjoys spending time with her. When she sees him, it’s as if she lights up with happiness.
Her song: Sky Full of Stars by Coldplay I feel like this song describes Adelise because she feels like her father is always watching her and is up in the sky (not dead but just above her). And, she loves the night.
The day she was born (told by her mother): She was born on a full moon at 2 AM. I was dosing off then I felt an abrupt pain. Undyne was laying next to me and awoke as soon as I felt the pain. I was whinnying and neighing in agony for she was a little bigger than the normal foal. My owner came into my stall where I lay and Undyne made himself only visible to me. After several hours of being in labor, my little princess was here. Undyne told me that each of his offspring are either good or evil and that this one happened to turn out good. This was my first child so all of this was quite new to me. He also promised my baby and I that he would visit us every full moon and would always be protecting and watching over her like a guardian angel. I knew that it was going to be hard for her to not see her father very often so I would be there for her 24/7.
Friends: Adelise Larken is friends with Glory. They are best friends and inseparable. They play in the pasture and frolic.
