Noel is extravagant in all that she does, whether that be being the most beautiful in shows, or working hardest in the arena, she wants to outdo everyone. Whenever she gives a gift, she must not be topped or come in second. Noel goes all out in everything she does because she wants to be remembered and never forgotten. She's an overachiever and never wants to miss the mark. Some say that she gives out of the desperation for attention, but Noel really has a giving and caring heart. She aims to make everyone happy and full of smiles. Noel hates to see people frown or be sad so she tries her very best not to let anyone down. She is a mare who doesn't let all of the attention that she gets spoil her down to earth personality. Noel is a mare who does not consider herself elite or better than any other horse. She tries her best to be friends with all of my tolters because she cares too much to let one feel left out or less than. She is a seeker because she is a mare who reaches out towards others, no matter if they are shy or arrogant, she will try her best to befriend them and show them kindness. Noel seeks a true friendship and true love. She is always looking for the next best trail to explore and the next most beautiful view to see. Noel has a soul that has a fire burning deep in it. She wants to always keep looking for another breathtaking moment or sight and she always wants to please others.
Discipline: Noel is a great mare for parades. But, her favorite thing to do is be a therapy horse and visit hospitals and those in need of some cheer and joy. As a parade horse, she has no problem with getting dolled up and getting her mane and tail styled. She loves the feeling of her mane and tail being played with. Noel is calm and collect when walking down streets full of lots of noise and people. I ride her for Fourth of July parades and for Christmas parades. She has her perfect parade walk down and when cocky stallions get too close, she plays it cool and keeps her distance. When she's not doing parades, Noel loves to visit children's hospitals to visit the sick and injured. Noel loves little kids because their smiles are infectious and they exude happiness. The children get huge smiles when they see her walk through their doors. Noel has a kind and giving heart and the only gift she wants back is happiness. Every child Noel visits is a day's worth of happiness for her. She's addicted to the feeling of doing good for others and the joy that she gives others. Sometimes kids upon kids pile onto her when she lays down to cuddle with them but she doesn't mind because she loves the attention and how the kids glow with happiness and excitement to see someone other than their nurses and doctors. During the holidays, Noel brings toys and stuffed animals to the hospital children and watch them tear open the wrapping paper. It is quite the sight when wrapping paper goes flying across the room and the sounds of awes and thrilled children echoes through the hospital. By the end of the day, Noel has many bows and ribbons woven into her mane and tail and she loves it. As a therapy horse, Noel also does lessons with special needs children and children with mental health issues. Her patience and kindness makes her a great tolter for this job because the children feel safe and at ease when they're in her saddle. When she does her lessons with the special needs kids or kids with mental health problems, she takes her loops slow and steady as to keep her rider calm and feeling safe. During the holidays especially, Noel and I go visit the elderly care homes because it can be a very lonely time for the elderly who don't get a lot of visits. A lot of the patients in the care homes love to see her shinny coat, bright eyes, and kind personality walk into their room because she lightens every mood and makes everyone happy.
Friends: Upon her arrival at Golden Hills Stables, Noel became close friends with Nova, Adelise Larken, Glory, and Aurelia. These are my mares who are happy and kind. They are the mares that like to lighten people's lives and all are people pleasers. All of these sweet girls are kind to all of the other tolters in Golden Hills Stables. Haruka, Aurelia's mate, tags along a lot and Noel gets along quite well with him as well. Nova is also a therapy horse so sometimes we bring both of these loving girls into the hospitals and care homes together. They are great partners in crime and both enjoy the attention they get and the joy they give the patients. After a lot of effort at trying to befriend Charmaine Angelique, she was successful and made amends with her. They now are good friends. Chancellor was a stallion who didn't speak much at all to anyone due to his loneliness and depression. When Noel saw Chancellor alone in the pasture by himself, she knew she had to do something and try to help him. The first day she arrived at Golden Hills, she approached the lone stallion and introduced herself and wanted to know all about him. After a few months of Chancellor unloading his stresses and stories to Noel, he has become a different stallion. He's now more trusting and interactive with everyone. Noel checks in with him everyday to see how he's doing. He loves having her company and friendship. Personality wise, she's like his sister that he lost at a young age and that helps comfort Chancellor and help him repair himself. As for crushes, Noel doesn't have one. She's picky about who is eligible to flirt with her and so it's made her kind of sad to not have a significant other but she knows that if she waits, the best fit for her will eventually show up. She's hopeful that she will find her Prince Charming. She is friends with Lily and Adelaide as well.
