A silly mare who apparently can make very good friends with certain rocks. Alice is very mellow and goes with the flow. She's very silly on her own and likes to imagine that her rocks are her friends. She's always happy and likes to be around others.
Story: Alice stands in her stall, staring at a shelf. On the shelf sits a small, palm-sized rock the color of desert dust. Decorated with cute eyes, a small smile, and a top hat of craft foam, this pet rock is Alice's best friend.
Alice has always had a certain obsession with rocks... and one day, on a trail ride through the mountains, she found this one. At once she stopped moving and refused to continue walking until one of the riders picked up the stone to take back to the stable. The stablehands later nicknamed the rock The Hatter, after the story Alice's Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carrol.
Today Alice spends many hours showing off in front of Hatter. She often looks quite ridiculous, neighing and snorting in front of a pet rock. But like all young Tolters (and people), she has an abundance of imaginary friends that she loves just as much as her real ones.

Friends: Alice loves her rock friend, Hatter, but she does have several friends who are tolters. She's friends with the mellow bunch: Elvire, Leta, Annie, Paloma, and Lavender. Rouge sticks by her side a lot and she likes how low maintenance he is. He's very kind and a great partner to watch sunsets and sunrises with because he doesn't say much.

Story: The trees swayed in the wind as the sun set along the horizon. As I looked up into the clouds, they began to shift colors from shades of blues to shades of pinks and oranges. I sat alone under the solid and sturdy oak tree, just listening to the leaves and branches move in the winds. I thought about Rogue and wondered where he was on this fine fall day. For weeks, he's been acting strange and distant. Which is not necessarily out of the ordinary for him. But, it still was weird. His body language seemed to be saying something else. Rogue had been going out on long journeys and coming back to the stables late at night. Something was on his mind. I wanted to get to the bottom of it. Just as I stood up from my restful spot, I saw Rogue approaching me from the other side of the pasture. He walked slowly towards me with a big grin on his face. He was acting so peculiar. As soon as he was in front of me, he smiled at me and pushed a small gift towards my hooves. I looked down and it was a stunning stone. He knows how much I love pebbles and how I have a small collection going in my stall. It shimmered in the dimming sunlight as the sunset radiated throughout the sky. The stone gave off hues of blues and greens as the colors danced in the light. I nuzzled the stone and it was perfectly smooth to the touch. I looked up at Rogue with tears in my eyes and a gigantic smile running across my face. Rogue's face lit up as he saw my excitement grow by the second. He nuzzled my neck and I leaned up against him. His warmth flooded my body as I just stood there gazing into his eyes. "Thank you so much Rogue. You know me all too well." Rogue's face beamed with happiness and he just smiled as I laid my head against his neck. We both looked down at the stunning stone as the sunset began to fade away. Coldness started to creep upon us as the darkness rose up from the cracks. A slight shiver began to run down my neck and back. I gently picked up my precious stone and Rogue looked at me, signalling it was time to head in. Our winter coats had yet to grow in, so we relied heavily on our blankets and the warmth of the stables. As we slowly walked back, Rogue began to reminisce about the day he first saw my stones collection. How I had each and every one of them named and had regular conversations with them everyday. We finally arrived at my stall and the warmth from the heaters rushed over our frigid bodies. I was thrilled to see my blankets on the floor of my stall, eagerly waiting for me to wrap up in them. I looked at my stones on my shelf and gently placed my new shiny stone on the shelf next to Hatter the stone. Rogue kissed my cheek and I gave him one back. He walked to his neighboring stall and I wrapped myself in my warm blankets.
