Personality: This dog was randomly dropped off at a non-profit shelter, leash clipped to the door handle in the middle of the night. Workers found her in the morning and immediately rushed her into the vet. She was likely born with her dislocated hips, which were easily adjusted during surgery, however her leg had to be amputated. The owner had obviously not cared for her issues properly and as such her attempts to walk proved detrimental. Her left leg was shattered, rehealed several times, and completely useless. The right leg was also broken and healed slightly crooked, however it was easy to set properly. With the help of a tight hip brace and flexible prosthetic however, she is now able to walk pain free. Through the entire process she has shown to be very sweet despite what she has been through, and hopefully she will make a wonderful companion.
